in the 80s, they have roughly the same GDP. If Ind could copy the success formula, it would take them 40 years to rise to where Cna is today.

@thinkingcitizen The country is based on handouts. 800 million people depend on govt handouts. An election is coming? Good, more handouts !

hostility? why blame Cn? They were happily slaving away as the assembly factory of the world. It was the free capitalists who found that it was more profitable to be a trader than a manufacturer because they didn't have to deal with the unions and EPA and local govt agencies. etc., so they outsourced the manufacturing overseas. Cn was just one of them. If it were for all the sanctions, they would still be working as assembly workers.
