  1. Don't just blame the home operators. Thanks to the leadership, the whole of Canada was not prepared. We had at least a 2 months lead time to prepare ourselves. We watched China scramble. We talked and make commentaries, but none of us were taking a minute to prepare ourselves. Sure, I am sure there were lots of prep works in the background. But the way the leaders portrait the pandemic is irresponsible. YOU DO NOT try to CALM a nation by telling them nothing to worry about. You belittle the Chinese when they put on the masks. You tell people cloth masks are useless, then change your tune when the deaths are mounting.
