It was only 8% complete, it could have been easily delayed for any number of reasons which could of set it back for YEARS. It had already been delayed several times due to legal reasons. It might have taken another 20 years to complete.

  36.  @muffinz1005  that’s what I’m asking, if trump is the reason Putin wasn’t invading Ukraine, then what would have prevented Putin from invading after trump was out of office if he had been re elected? Beyond 2024? There’s no guarantee that trumps successor would have continued his policies, even if he was a Republican and had a similar mindset to Trump.
