  8.  @williammeek4078  Even if Russia only has 50 - 100 functional nukes, that’s enough to cause a problem for the USA. They could easily target major cities and military bases and severely cripple our ability to fight back. It only takes about 30 minutes for an ICBM to reach the US from Russia, and we couldn’t stop any of them. We could only use that time to launch a counterstrike. So within and hour or two, Russia and the USA have destroyed each other. If anyone else hasn’t launched, they become the new world leaders.
