Obstruction of Justice failure to answer Subpoena's (that’s contempt of court and you can be arrested and put in jail for at least 24 hours) Lying under Oath – Trump has Told THOUSANDS of verifiable lies while in office and even asked other’s to lie for him. Violation of the emoluments clause. Basic corruption Lying about the 2020 election And that’s just the SHORT LIST.
