@mnguardianfan7128 typically when a MAN seeks help for mental illness, he’s seen as mentally and emotionally weak. The Alpha male mentality is that a “real man” either should not have mental illness, or should be able to deal with it themselves without seeking “professional” help. And if he does seek help for it, he’s weak and unstable and not a role model to others.
