  1.  @dragonf1092  The second amendment deals with FIREARMS, not all a weapons you can simply put in your put pocket or keep on your person to defend yourself. "a well regulated militia" untrained and undisciplined civilians who have guns simply because "it's my right" are not a well regulated militia. They are nothing but a bunch of wanna be tough guy soldiers who think they can fight.
