  2. The idea that predictability is bad because we are going to learn so much so fast that our velocity will increase a lot during the course of the project is just fantasy. That might be true for new grads figuring out how to use source control, or for teams made up of developers who don't have any experience in the tech stack they are using. But not for teams with senior developers and architects.
