  1. Not if you were being prosecuted for saying things you have a first amendment right to say. And not if the trial judge had declared you guilty before charges were brought against you. Why do you reject the idea of having an impartial judge? Jack Smith's successful prosecution of former Virginia governor Bob McDonnell was thrown out unanimously by the supreme court because Smith Violated McDonnell's right to free speech. The same kind of thing is going on with this prosecution.
