Total CO2 recently passed the 400 ppm mark. The last time it was that high was 3 million years ago during the Pliocene. But the earth today is much cooler than it was last time CO2 levels were this high. From National Geographic: "The last time the concentration of Earth's main greenhouse gas reached this mark, horses and camels lived in the high Arctic." There is no reason to worry about the current CO2 level since we are so much cooler than last time. Add in the fact that we don't know what caused previous ice ages and you have to conclude that we don't understand how earth's climate works.

@parttimehuman - Look at the data. Also consider how the climate models have had to change because CO2 is much less of a driver of warming than previously thought. I give them credit for making those changes to their climate models. We need to be honest about how much we don't know about climate.
