Nah not always.. if u are a beautifull men (i have the experience) , woman will notice u, they locking eye contact, if u ingnore her at your best or u dont see her, what she does is orbiting around you, when in a group she becomes very loud.. and then when she is very cute, u cant ignore anymore.. Once she knows she got the attention from you... *thats a good thing btw.. BUT at that point her invitation is clear, so she will not approach u anymore, its your job to do the approach..

That means most times she has spotted u before u do.. that means , when u look at her in that room, u will notice she makes the eye contact already.. if a woman is not looking at u, dont try to sell yourself, only go up to her if u see something to talk about , a good reason. Woman has super awareness , looks like a system in a fighter jet , with locking targets.. all friendly planes will be ignored by her.. only that hot plane will be targeted..
