  4. Lol most women don't even know they're pregnant until the 8th week or later, a heartbeat bill is an obvious anti-abortion bill. We take the life of plenty of things with heartbeats; animals for instance, as we use them for food. Should we all be forced to go vegan now because animals have a heartbeat??? A fetus is immature tissue and nowhere near a human being or a person yet in the first two trimesters. It doesn't deserve rights AND NEVER WILL, it's not equal and certainly not superior to the woman in who's body it is residing. It has no consciousness, no thoughts, it isn't thinking at all because it can't! It's nothing but physical tissue at this point and very immature tissue until the 7th-8th month. It's a woman's right to do what she choose with her body and anything inside it. This includes elective abortion up until the 7th month, when a transition to viability (independent survivability) occurs. To claim this misguided misogynistic law allows for abortion care or any other type of reproductive health care is either ignorant of the facts, or made in bad faith.
