  1. Also, all patrolling is hunting people. ALL patrolling is amoral; it is nothing more than subjugation, exploitation, gangsterism, and racketeering. Unless it is done at the citizen's or business request, "patrolling" is wrong, it is a violation, and morally unjustifiable and I intend to fight for the rest of my life within my state of CA and hopefully beyond to get it ended!! 95% of abuses and crimes from the demon psychopaths who walk among us looking for victims are committed while on "patrol". What a phylthy idea in the first place, no wonder these savages act like psychotic freaks loose in a war zone, that's how make themselves view their job! It's outrageous!! You're supposed to patrol in enemy territory, not at home!!! The vast majority of streets and zip codes are almost completely peaceful and the Pigs are the ones bringing the unrest, violence and the crime!!!
