  2. I wouldn't pay. The worst they can do is garnish your paycheck but there's no guarantee they will. Just look after yourself. You are your #1 responsibility. You need the money a lot more than they do. You can pay back the principle later plus maybe 1% if you want but screw the rest of it. Don't pay those usury interest rates.
