I always appreciate hearing from Steve and his no-nonsense views and simple way of explaining things. He really gets it and I hope more people could get a chance to hear him speak and hopefully open a few more sets of eyeballs.

Unfortunately this is the kind of shit that happens when you have an entire society's economy based on the limitless greed of a relative few, not human well-being. I see no other way to fix this than figuring out a way to introduce managed mixed-market Socialism. Or hell just flash forward a few centuries and get rid of money altogether but that's probably a little too advanced for right now.

Funny how "inflation" is never a concern when the MIC demands it's yearly now 1T in funding. Claims of govt-spending-caused inflation is the biggest scam around and sadly so many regular people buy into it. They just keep repeating the bogus BS they hear on the nightly news without ever bothering to actually analyze it. The federal gov serves the 1%, not us. We're nothing to them. The states aren't much better. I don't know if we can vote or elect our way out of this.

The only thing trickling down from the top 1-5% on the rest of us is piss. Yep, that, or worse. But that's when you get when psychopaths run a society for other mentally ill sociopaths on both economic and social matters. Will it take a so-called revolution to change this? I honestly don't know- I just know that it has to change and fast because I believe the levels of true insecurity are far higher than 50%; I believe it's as high as 60 or 70% in some cases, and that's just not sustainable. It's just unfortunate that all the wrong and worst people gain power in this country and I really hope that changes in my lifetime. All public educational and training institutions should be low-cost and affordable based on each student's ability to pay. If a student can afford to pay nothing then they shouldn't have to pay anything; they should just have to work hard do their best and they should still be able to pursue their goals of higher education or further training. I really hope the system is peacefully reformable either from the inside or outside, but I tell you it's looking less and less likely that is the case. So I don't know how this is going to end up. I mean the psychopathy of the people in charge is infinite and what they want is MORE debt slavery. Debt slavery IS the new slavery. They have NO wish to provide more opportunity- are you kidding me?? These are insane people. This includes the politicians who represent them. They want to hoard and abscond with every last penny for themselves. Until those people are removed from having any voice in our political system, this madness will only continue.
