@gabenewell6998 that he bought THAT NIGHT. He was desperate to provoke and engage with pro-BLM protestors to have an "excuse" to shoot them. And the day before when he said "Bro, I wish I had my AR, I would be shooting rounds at them", referring to alleged looters at a CVS that he was watching on the news and typed to a friend of his on his FB page.

@joshuaklein2859 you mean Kyle's third victims? Sure he had a handgun- definitely less lethal than an AR-15 but a gun nonetheless. The only time he took it out was after Kyle had shot at several people and killed two, and he was only showing it in an attempt to disarm and stop Rittenhouse. He has testified he had no intentions of shooting Rittenhouse unless R. kept shooting. I forget his name but it's clear he only had the gun for self-defense. According to my info, nobody else was shot or injured that night who was at the protests outside of those shot by Rittenhouse. While others might have had firearms on them, for whatever reason, Kyle is the only one that used his that night to threaten or kill anyone.

He provoked the initial incident by pointing his rifle towards an alleged graffitiing protestor, and thereafter shortly shot and killed Rosenbaum when Rosen ran towards him not harm him but to simply stop him from shooting anyone. My sources say Rosen was shot four times total, three times while already on the ground and the last time in the back. THE BACK. LIKE A COWARD. But it's all self-defense right???? Give me a break. You are either completely ignorant of the facts or you are ignoring them to justify his actions. It is obvious to me and anyone else that you are only defending him because he is white.

@JeffPenaify no I don't deflect Ruby Ridge, it's a crime what happened and I believe they still have Leonard Peltier in prison today, on wholly false charges of murder (no self-defense rights for Native people ofc, even if it was true, which it wasn't) and of course none of the FBI agents who assaulted or killed Native Americans in that incident were never censured, fired, or punished. I support rights to rational self-defense and 2A rights, but nothing can convince me that Kyle fired out of justifiable self-defense that night. I agree plainly that the FBI has always targeted and pursued any group they wanted to suppress which was always racial empowerment and environmental protection groups. There are isolated Black militias today but we need a new and much larger Black Panthers movement for the 21st century. I'm not sure if any of the current black militias have been surveilled or targeted by the FBI. Maybe they have. Any symptoms of organized Black strength are always immediately targeted for attack or subversion by the white power structure.

The judge threw it out as he threw out ANY piece of evidence that the prosecution tried to include that wasn't favorable to his new favored son, Kyle the protestor-hunter. The judge was an obvious racist asf "bubba" who was brought in to get this punk off scotfree and that's exactly what he did, from the very first moment the cameras were rolling- and he wasn't even trying to hide it.

But regardless of Kyle's race or opinions, he did not have the right to shoot wildly and attack people with his rifle that night for all the reasons already stated. If he truly wanted to help residents against the big bad protestors (as he saw it), or help put out fires, he wouldn't have brought an arm cannon with him. He is racist, had a strong anger towards pro-blm activists, and desperately wanted to aggressively and violently engage with them that evening; which he certainly did so, with an illegal gun moreover.
