  1. Was the mini squad of completely outfitted cops REALLY necessary against this small unarmed protest? The moment people assemble now is the first amendment just going to get completely shitted on? Anytime is more than two people come together in public are the cops gonna show up in full riot gear? I'm getting so tired of seeing the Gestapo every single time there's an assemblage of more than three people on a public street. It makes this place look way more oppressive and totalitarian than Russia or China ever was (supposedly, because I actually don't buy that information anymore).
