For anyone suffering from ADHD or if you know someone who does, don't forget to consider neurofeedback. I believe it works. The only drawback is it can be costly but it's definitely a semi-permanent and long-term solution.

Thanks so much for this wealth of information Mr Huberman. Some I was familiar with but some I was hearing for the first time so it was really fantastic. One small point- can you update your FB science link? It looks like the direct link has been changed. Tysm.

@jonathanwinandy did any of those videos help you?

For those who live in weed legal states I do recommend cannabis and cannabis products if you're open to them. I found they have helped me to be more focused. Especially sativa strains and certain concentrates or oral tablets or other consumable forms. For those in non-weed legal states CBD-only products can have also been known to help and are legal everywhere.

I'd recommend it actually. There are some really good brands out there that relatively affordable prices.

If they seem to work for you I wouldn't see any reason not to keep doing them. If they're too messy then you could always try to straighten them up. But if it's system that works I don't really see the problem.

I tend to agree. I'm not totally anti-vax but I am vaccine-suspicious at least irt children. I do question the need for so many childhood vaccines and I feel that they might be causing harmful effects in at least some children.

I think it's hereditary for some but not for others. I had two very hard concussions as a young child and I am convinced that gave me a somewhat dysregulated brain that I now believe falls under the ADHD description. Like any suboptimal condition, cognitive conditions can either be inherited or develop as a result due to injury or environmental exposure.

I compiled an ADHD playlist of some videos. Perhaps the answer for you is in there. Please consult it if you like.

I have heard though I can't vouch from personal experience that OTC natural mushroom tincture supplements are purported to help overall cognitive function such as lion's mane. So that may be interesting for some of you interested in looking into supplements.
