  3.  @whyamimrpink78  nonsense. THEY WERE EXERCISING THEIR GOD-GIVEN HUMAN RIGHTS AND CIVIL RIGHTS TO ORGANIZE, MOBILIZE AND MARCH AGAINST NAZI STATE MURDER BY A KENOSHA POLICE KKK-THUG AND OTHER PATTERNS OF PIG VIOLENCE, WHAT ABOUT THAT CANT YOU UNDERSTAND???? And Kyle, being highly racist, doesn't like this so he swoops in, starts INSTIGATING and PROVOKING, then when he's verbally confronted by unarmed protestors and citizens he starts shooting wildly at people and now two are dead and and a third seriously injured. You are fucked in the brain if you think ANYTHING he did that night was justified, just plain FUCKED. KYLE WAS THE INSTIGATOR THAT NIGHT. The only shots fired and people killed came from KYLE. NOBODY ELSE, not even the cops. You can shit on the victims all you want that still doesn't change the fact that Kyle killed them without any moral justification. He blew them away because he didn't like that they were supporting a BLM protest. Otherwise why even be there in the first place??? He's legally underage, nobody requested his assistance, the excuse about "businesses" was just that. He went there looking for trouble and a fight, and he found it. Kid is guilty of at least two counts of manslaughter and one attempted manslaughter. I'm sure he'll get off because of how this greivously and openly this biased judge has conducted himself in front of the jury and all the evidence he has banned the admission of; but he is definitely morally guilty of those two crimes. Of course lucky him, he's white so he will almost certainly walk away from this scot-free. That's how it usually works in cases like this in the US of white priveledge.

  6.  @twiztidsidfreak13  YOU SHOULD KNOW NONE OF THE BUSINESS OWNERS IN THE VICINITY ASKED ANYONE, EVEN THE POLICE FOR HELP THAT NIGHT, AND THEY ARE ON RECORD SAYING SO. KYLE WAS A MINOR AT THE TIME AND AS SUCH WAS NOT ENTITLED TO MAKE DECISIONS FOR BUSINESSES HE HAD NO CONNECTION TO OR HAD GOTTEN PERMISSION FROM. THAT IS THE BUSINESS OWNER'S OR POLICE'S JOB. NOT AN UNSTABLE RANDO FROM OUTSIDE OF TOWN WHO HAS NO RIGHT OR REASON TO GET INVOLVED. Kyle appointed himself a vigilante that night, against imagined dangerous so-called protestors. This is because is he super racist and craved an opportunity to use his gun. VIGILANTE VIOLENCE IS NOT ALLOWED UNDER LAW. THE COP THUG IN QUESTION MURDERED JACOB BLAKE AT CLOSE RANGE WITHOUT JUSTIFICATION. I'D BE OUTRAGED TOO IF I LIVED IN THE COMMUNITY. CITIZENS HAD EVERY RIGHT TO RESPOND TO SUCH A BLATANTLY VIOLENT CRIME AND THEY DID SO. NONE OF THIS SHOULD HAVE CONCERNED RITTENHOUSE AND HE NEVER SHOULD HAVE EVEN BEEN THERE. IF HE DOESN'T LIKE HUMAN BEINGS FIGHTING BACK AGAINST DEMONIC AND MURDEROUS KILLER PIGS, MAYBE HE SHOULD TELL THE PIGS HE LOVES SO MUCH TO STOP COMMITTING CRIMES AGAINST THE PUBLIC. NO JUSTICE, NO PEACE. THATS HOW IT GOES. THE EVIL KKK PIGS ARE THE ROOT OF THIS PROBLEM AND ALWAYS HAVE BEEN. THAT OS WHY WE NEED MASSIVE DEFUNDING AND 90% ABOLISHMENT OF THESE BLUE CARTEL CRIMINAL THUGS NOW!!!! But yeah kkk-kid, nice try trying to defend Kyle, but there is no defense. Regardless of what this sham trial and illegitimate dog-and-pony show results in, which is almost certainly going to be an acquittal, NOTHING of what Kyle did was defensible that night and he committed multiple acts of manslaughter that he should certainly have to answer for.

  11.  @sergeikhripun  what businesses were destroyed????? I didn't hear about any businesses harmed that night. Nobody to my knowledge fired a shot or perpetrated a serious incident that evening besides Kyle. That video you saw was probably the doctored one. There's a heavily doctored video of the events that night floating around that makes Kyle look like the victim and not the instigator. Even if the crowd did attack him but without any weapons, (which I maintain they did not, and did not have intent to cause harm, but they DID pursue him ONLY AFTER he already killed two people; with the desire to STOP him from shooting or killing anyone else, but not to cause him any actual harm), how does that justify firing wildly into the crowd with an assault weapon?? Nobody in the crowd approached him at close range with any weapons. As far as the person with the gun, I have heard it was not close to him or even pointed at him. If I hear differently I will consider that. But even setting him aside, that still leaves two people Kyle shot, one who had a plastic bag, and the other supposedly a skateboard. Not exactly deadly weapons. What we really need is truthful witnesses making sworn statements about what they saw that night which this uber-corrupt Kyle-loving KKK-judge has completely refused to allow the prosecution to call. This judge was certainly specifically chosen for this case to do everything and anything necessary to get Kyle off and that is exactly what he has been doing. I guess it depends what version of events you believe. I believe the sources I follow. The WSWS (World Socialist Website) Podcast laid this out in a very clear manner. You should listen to their coverage and see if you agree. Also David Doel of 'The Rational National' channel broke this entire situation down intelligently and I agree with everything they said. You should take the time to consult with them. I believe you have wrong information and I disagree with your version of the events.

  13.  @sergeikhripun  lol well that's what you believe I guess. I explained why the crowd was pursuing Kyle. I disagree with anyone who claims Kyle acted in any kind of self-defense that evening. In my mind he committed greivous irresponsibility with his firearm by firing wildly into the crowd, had no justifiable reasons for being at the protest, should not have brought a loaded heavy firearm with him to the protest esp as he technically wasn't even legally old enough to carry one, and committed two acts of manslaughter and one act of attempted manslaughter, along with serious felony endangerment (there's a legal term for this last charge but I can't remember it exactly). I don't even want him to get life. I don't agree with life in most cases but he CHOSE to pull the trigger on at least three people that night and that demands very serious consequences. Shit, he's so goddamn lucky he's white cuz if he was Black he'd already be on death row with three life sentences. Our court system is so phenomenally racist and soaked through and through with white priveledge in this country. I'm GLAD that's not going to happen to him and I wouldn't want to happen to anyone in this or similar situations. Due to his age and possible mitigating factors of reports of a troubled childhood and dysfunctional home life that may have left him vulnerable to being attracted to ideologies of white supremacy and acting out violently, I would give him a 10-15 year sentence; probably around 15, and that's damn light compared to most people in his position would likely be facing right now, ESP if they were POC. He would still be a young man after that time and hopefully a better more mature one.

  16.  @sergeikhripun  I will look up your video, because I'm curious to see if it jives with my sources and how the information is presented, but I don't expect it will change my views. As I said, I heard it was carefully edited to present Kyle as the victim. The bottom line is, he chose to enter a volatile situation certainly without peaceful motives. Pro-BLM activists really bothered him, and he chose to take a loaded heavy weapon into a volatile situation to confront them. He did so, one or more confronted him back, he didn't like that, and that's when he began shooting. The two people he killed were completely unarmed. It's POSSIBLE one person, Rosenbaum?, pointed his hangun towards Kyle. How close it was to Kyle, or if Kyle even saw it is unclear to me. But everything I have heard indicates that this happened only after Kyle shot and killed the two others. So I would need more information to conclusively say whether Kyle had justification in shooting Victim #3 in the arm, the handgun owner. But that still leaves two dead unarmed victims, and Kyle knew they were unarmed. One was shirtless, so no weapons there; the plastic bag guy; and the other had the skateboard. How can we justify Kyle shooting both these people with a huge AR-15??? I can't. A gun that technically he wasn't even supposed to have on him at that time, which of course he knew. And Mom just all okay with this- jesus. So yeah, that's a minimum of two counts of intentional manslaughter for me, and I'd give him 10-15 years due to his age, mental immaturity, bad childhood effects and etc. I think that's pretty fair and I'd hope the victims' families would too. Maybe they wouldn't feel that's enough, but that's something that could be discussed further. But the whole situation was very unnecessary and avoidable and this is why unbalanced youth with obvious racist issues shouldn't have access to firearms!! Jesus. Mom didn't do her job, period. I'm sure she's trailer-iffic and racist too, but just out of concern for her son alone she was WAY out of line driving him to the site of the protest that evening knowing he intended to get a damn arm cannon when he was there (Kyle says he bought the gun from his friend that evening). And she definitely had to know, I mean he wasn't going to band practice. They were rural types, they probably had had guns around the house before, and now Kyle wanted another one "for self-defense" because he really didn't like those "BLM assholes". Now I don't know if he said those exact words but that was his attitude. The whole bullshit was a crisis waiting to happen. Maybe Mom should have stepped in and IDK, just done her job by refusing to be his driver, or telling him he couldn't go, and this all could have been prevented. He might have still found another way to go and left on his own, but at least Mom would have been the responsible adult in the room.
