He might be working by choice, some retirees do. But if he has to work I agree it's wrong. Everybody under a certain income level should receive a basic living allowance and all seniors should receive much more than they currently doing their social security benefits.

@Sparker702 well this person was a very bad person for what he did I doubt he meant to kill the man. But he certainly shouldn't have pushed him with that much force.

I doubt the thief meant to kill him but there's no excuse for pushing that frail old man. Now he's going to deal with a murder or manslaughter charge if they catch him. He'll probably plead down to involuntary manslaughter but was it worth it? I don't care if someone steals from a store especially a big box store but there is no excuse for shoving a frail elderly person. All he had to do is keep walking. It's not like the older gentleman would have been able to do anything to him.
