@Jimmy911ism because he's a typical American Blue. A psychopath in other words. One who has no idea how do his job and has no problem killing somebody instead of trying to talk them down and use non-lethal force. When you don't have a conscience- you don't see the point in valuing human life, you do whatever's easiest in the moment and what gives you a feeling of power- and nothing fits that bill like killing.

@Ffkslawlnkn you can't speak logic to people who have the bootlicking-ism. You can not. They're gone. A Pig could brutally kill their mother right in front of them and they would be like: "well I'm sure he didn't have a choice." It's like trying to deprogram someone in a cult. Impossible.
