  2. I don't think my nails would even grow very long. They grow to about a quarter-inch to a third-inch and stay that way for a while until I bite them off or get a crack. Then it starts again. She must be high in minerals to keep her nails this strong. I wonder if most people have the ability to even grow their nails very long. You rarely see people with very long nails and not everyone trims their nails, so I don't think so.
