Well I'm just glad they caught up to him. Even if he didn't do anything violent to her clearly she had cause to fear being with him. Hopefully he's long gone out of her life. I understand being afraid for one's own safety but somebody needs to step up and do something. what if she turned up dead later? If those people found out I'm sure they feel terrible about it. Got to be honest, this is one of those situations where having a legal firearm on hand can be very candy. I'm not saying to shoot the guy, just pull it out and show it to him that would get him to stop right away. And then the woman can decide where she wants to go from there. If it was me I would offer her a ride home or to take her where she wanted to go and I would tell that guy "if you follow us I've got something waiting for you."
