Shooter was desperate. I'm not excusing his actions but I'm going to assume he didn't intend to kill anyone that day, just wanted to scare people into compliance. Unfortunately one doesn't make wise choices when they're deeply addicted and now he'll have a jail sentence to contend with. I'm glad he was stopped of course.

@sitruchtims9392 I don't know if he intended to actually kill anybody. He shot a woman in the leg, I understand. I don't know if that was intentional or if that happened when he was waving the gun around like an idiot. Either way he will have to answer for that. I just draw a distinction between somebody coming in and being an intentional mass shooter and somebody trying to use a gun to give themselves artificial courage to demand something. I'm not saying you shouldn't be held responsible- of course he should and he will be. I'm also glad those men were brave enough to take him down without further incident.

@Vampirita447 I mean I'm not saying he doesn't have a lot to answer for, but I'd like to assume he didn't want anyone to die that day, he just wanted his fix. Still when you're that gone in addiction, you're not thinking clearly regardless. He could easily have killed someone on accident just by wild handling of the firearm. Regardless of his motivations or reasoning, like anyone else, I'm just glad he was able to be stopped quick before things got out of hand.
