  3. Its called hyponatremia, literally "water-poisoning". It's quite rare but possible when the body loses too many salts from sweating. Always try to rehydrate with some salt water or electrolyte mix. Stay safe!!

  4.  @SigmaLarper27  no its rare but just be careful to always drink some salt or electrolyte solution in very hot weather if you're sweating a lot. If the body's salts drop too low from sustained sweating it can become a health risk. Gatorade or 1 tsp of salt in a jug works.
