He needs help, and she needs to leave him. She can let him be in her son's life but any person that can't control their behavior like that is not ready for any adult relationship. She isn't safe. What about if he really loses control one of of these days? The NFL needs to suspend him and mandate intensive counseling and possibly mood stabilizers pending evaluation. Any man that thinks abuse to another is okay deserves it done to them. Get a conscience, and get yourself fixed. Reach out for help.
