Who Cares well that's appalling too. If it was proven that he caused that man's death from his physical assault hell yeah how is that not murder or at least manslaughter? well people have to answer to a higher power one day that I believe. It's very very hard to get justice on this planet. People either getting way too barbaric of sentences for what they did or in this case and the one that you referenced, getting essentially no time at all for a very serious act. It's sad. But Justice seems very hard to get through the courts in this country and on this planet.

@bellabukuru yeah that's a messed up situation. Her prosecution was politically motivated. I do believe they will release her though. They're just holding her to motivate the US government to give them concessions. They claim the US government is holding on to some Russian citizens and apparently the Russian government wants them released so they're trying to do this to Britney Griner as a tit for tat and to basically saying you give us our people and then we'll give you back yours. That's what I see going on here.

Should have to be at least 3 years in prison and two years after for a suspended driver's license and he should be required to go through intensive driver improvement and supervision before he gets it returned. just no excuse for this kind of slap on the wrist in a situation like this. My thoughts and prayers to her family. I'm truly disgusted right now.
