  4. Those bullets should be banned under international law. They are vile and should be banned by the UN. The company that builds them should be charged with terrorism and enabling crimes against humanity. Regular bullets can be healed from unless it's a fatal shot. These ones are like small bombs. I don't know who the company is. Israel uses those kind of bullets on Palestinians btw I've heard. Edit: oh apparently they are currently banned by the UN apparently. So yeah- using banned weapons, provided by the US no doubt.
