  5. Nuclear plus other support renewables ARE the answer. There's infinite misinformation on nuclear. Please educate yourselves before objecting. You all sound so ignorant when you do. The time for maximizing our potential with nuclear fission energy is here. Perhaps fusion will become a reality by 2100, hard to say but nuclear is definitely the only scalable viable way off fossil fuels in the near future, supported by all other clean renewables. Pretending I had a magic wand, staying on FF is unacceptable so what's going to get us off them asap as our foundational energy source? Wind? Solar? Those are all fantastic but no. Only nuclear can do it. Most waste can be repurposed, plenty of safe storage of waste exists, new fuel sources and new nuclear technologies are super exciting and just need to be invested in, all it takes is the political will. Everything takes investment at first; obviously as time goes on it will yield more and more and more rewards. That's how ANY new technology works is so stop with your empty objections people; bec they are weak and show a lack of either good faith or information. If it's information then please look it up the internet is your friend. The answers are all out there.
