@christopherchurch9874 if there's a deficit it's because the local or state governing authority refuses to tax at the top from the mega rich and the elite business class. That's THEIR failure as corrupt officials, not a failure of the system. The money is always there, somewhere; the only question is WILL government officials take it FROM the right place and apply it TO the right place?!? That is the question. The money is ALWAYS there at the TOP, and it's regional government's job to tax there far above from anyone else, because that's where the greatest amount is - and it's the fairest place to take it from for obvious reasons.
Now when it comes to Congress they can choose to fund whatever they want, because they literally create the currency via the National Mint. If they choose not to fund something it's because they don't want to, not because they can't, always remember that (because these goon-demons do lie like dogs and they will ALWAYS lie, always). That, plus some digital black magic mojo, is where all our money actually comes from. You didn't think it came from a money fairy did you??

I don't even know why the IRS exists. To me it's a criminal organization because morally no state has the right to take anything from the middle of working class by force, especially the central governing body. But even besides that, they certainly don't need it, as they can access the Mint anytime they wish. Since they don't redistribute the money within the states, they just steal it for themselves, and I don't even know what happens to it after they receive it. Perhaps it goes into the federal Treasury- and honestly don't know if anything ever comes out of it or money only goes in. I have no idea how the US Federal treasury works; but I do know that the federal meant is the national money printing machine and it works 24/7, and whether it be a digital currency or physical, Congress can choose to fund anything at once. They can literally say "we will fund this program to the tune of $500 billion a year" and it's done.
