  2. Im sorry this happening to you. What about asking for supervised visitation??? I thought that was a thing in some cases. Just stay strong. If you truly love your children and if your ex is truly biasing them against you they will know the truth one day! You can believe that.

  5. This is wrong and appalling on so many levels. I'm just aghast. I 100% suspect corrupt criminal judges taking money for this. It happens all the time. I have zero faith in our courts, they're all scandalous places where where the good get railroaded or abandoned or run over and the bad seem to win. The entire trouble teen and troubled youth in industry is a multimillion-dollar scam that re-traumatizes already-traumatized youth for big profits. These kids are just meal tickets to the facilitators of these programs. God help us. Why are we doing this to our precious children???? They trust us to protect them, not exploit them! The entire troubled teen and troubled youth industry plus this, is corrupt, criminal, crooked and clear child abuse. It must end. No child should be forced to visit a parent they adamantly don't want to see. They should have the right to be seen, heard and believed! If by chance they have been brainwashed against them from the other parent in time they will learn the truth but this isn't the way!!! And what the hell is with these night-time kidnappings?!?! They can't at least come to them in the daytime when it feels less threatening?!? Shame on these abusers!

Do you think they truly hate children want them to suffer, do you think what they do is unintentional or is it intentional and well I guess, evil??? Blv me, I'm extremely cynical regarding our courts with my little experience but I don't know much about the family side.

  9. Nobody should ever be forced to undergo any kind of therapy they are adamantly against. Shame on that judge! This is a form of child abuse!! Why are judges allowed to make these decisions anyway?!? They aren't child experts, they're lawyers. They aren't qualified. I sincerely hope you and your children are doing better today and on a path to healing.

They're doing this for the money nothing else. It's like this with all kinds of "care" programs. They bilk the taxpayer for millions and pocket the money meanwhile they continue to abuse our youth and adult population depending on the type of residential program. May they absolutely rot. They should all be criminally charged with child traffic king and child abuse. These are ugly profiteering scams using our children and teens as the pawns.

CHILDREN ARE NOT IDIOTS, THEY KNOW WHAT THEY'VE LIVED THROUGH AND THEY KNOW WHICH PARENT IS SAFE!!! God dammit this crazy and barbaric!! RIGHT NOW, NINE TIMES OUT OF 10 THE PARENT WITH MORE MONEY GETS THE CUSTODY BECAUSE THEY CAN AFFORD A BETTER LAWYER, EVEN THOUGH MANY TIMES THEY ARE THE ABUSER AND THE PARENT THE CHILDREN DO NOT WISH TO LIVE WITH. THIS IS WRONG. I'm going on record right now saying from the age of five forward all children should be able to choose who they want to live with and who they want to have visitation with. And if the other parent truly feels they have been alienated they can request supervised visits but only supervised visits. 999 times out of 1000 children are telling the TRUTH and they should always be believed and taken seriously, especially if they're 12 and over! Ffs I knew how to express myself well at 12 and I sure as hell would have known if someone was mistreating me. CLEARLY IN AMERICA OUR COURTS DO NOT VALUE THE TRUE BEST INTERESTS AND THE WELL-BEING OF CHILDREN. THEY DON'T EVEN SEE THEM AS LIVING FEELING BEINGS. This is shameful. CHILDREN SHOULD HAVE THE FINAL SAY OVER WHO THEY LIVE WITH, PERIOD. SHOULDN'T THEY HAVE SOME SAY OVER WHAT HAPPENS TO THEM??? We really don't have any children's rights in this country they're just treated as mindless dumb possessions. I find this very disturbing. Children soon enough grow up to be adults. If we have any empathy inside of us at all we will respect their minds and their sensibilities and what they have to say.
