God bless people who rescue animals, that's all I have to say. I noticed Ozzy had a collar on him from his previous owners. So if they intentionally dumped him in this place I wish they could see this video because dogs are not wild animals they don't know how to hunt. So when you're dumping a dog you're essentially leaving it to starve to death and that's going to take weeks if not a month or two. I really wish people would think a lot harder just about how they see animals in general. Just because they cannot speak doesn't mean they aren't sensitive, that they don't have feelings, and that they aren't aware. A good rule of thumb is if you wouldn't do it to yourself or someone you care about- please don't do it to an animal! Human beings in general need to evolve. There's no excuse for neglect or mistreatment of any animal. If we wouldn't like it, regarding certain treatment, I can guarantee the animal wouldn't like it either.
