  1. Oh yes. There's no excuse for starving an animal. Sadly some people don't deserve to live and I wish we could remove them- permanently. They are either evil, or so deeply disturbed they are a danger to themselves or others. These are people who are basically untreatable. If they were curable or treatable they wouldn't have gotten to this point. It would be 1000 times better for society if they were removed from the gene pool. This is just a fact. The law wont do it but there are some cases that truly deserve mercy-killing. It's a mercy for them, in some cases a bigger one than they deserve, and it's certainly a mercy for us, and any animals they may have harmed along the way.
