  2. All animals need to be banned from circuses. It's far too cruel and shame on that circus for keeping him when it's obvious they didn't even want him!! Who in their right mind would think an aware, intelligent animal like a bear belongs in a cage that small!!??! That is massive animal abuse! Also that intermediate "sanctuary" was terrible! DON'T THESE COUNTRIES KNOW HOW TO TREAT ANIMALS?!??!!!! I'm trying to not to be rude but I mean ....... That place was better than that disgusting cage but that's not appropriate for a bear either! No natural material and still way too small! Is that what they think a zoo is over there????? Jesus look up the San Diego Zoo and Wild Animal Park (or Safari Park). THAT'S HOW YOU TAKE CARE OF ANIMALS IN CAPTIVITY!! Well I'm thankful that beautiful animal had a few years of happiness before his untimely passing. Thank god for this amazing organization. Anyone who neglects or abuses and animal deserves prison! They know what they were doing is wrong but they don't care. That is a crime and they should have to pay for it.

  3.  @dindinprivate3477  still doesn't mean he deserved confinement or mistreatment. We don't know what they did. Might not have been a real crime. I don't believe in prison for non-violent acts. But I understand what you mean, animals have no choice.

  5.  @jeanettesieja819  I'm ok with circuses but not animals, or only dogs, because they enjoy being in a group and can be easily well-cared for. No wild animals should ever be used. I just don't think you can trust any circus to care for it's animals properly.
