Appreciate the video which was very well made and put together and clearly the mark of an intelligent man, but you forget to include some very relevant points, such why the murderous Maidan Square massacre REALLY happened and who was really behind it- hint hint- it rhymes with Que Ness. Well wouldn't you know? The good ol' US up to its old tricks again??? Who'd'a thunk?? Funding, training and arming literal neo-nazi battalions in order to provide them an opportunity to violently attack their own democratically-elected govt three months short of an election, as well as their own fellow citizens where tens of people were violently killed and the entire square set on fire, where local police were either overpowered or prevented from responding, or in some cases chose not to??? Is that what you call a "patriotic revolution"?? I think you overlooked some fairly crucial details regarding that part of the video, friend.
Coming back to that issue in a moment, Ukraine should know better than to get in bed with US-based multinational fossil fuel companies- they will plunder their host country dry and leave them no more than crumbs for the privelege. Happens every time.
The bottom line of everything is this- the US wants to plunder Ukraine for fossil fuel profits, just like it does anywhere else, and drive a wedge between it and Russia to do so. It wants to use Ukraine as a tool to provoke Russia, as it has now done, to give them an excuse to apply crippling sanctions, which it is now in the process of doing. Trying to twist Ukraine's arm into joining NATO was just a ruse, an excuse to provoke it's neighbor to the East, but make no mistake- were the Ukraine to actually join NATO it will mean absolutely nothing for Ukraine- they would get no tangible benefit from it. Even now the US has no intention of escalating this localized conflict by adding any significant number of US troops to the region- the US has no desire to personally cause destruction to Ukraine- they'll let Russia do that if necessary- they just want access to those ungodly levels of fossil fuel resources Ukraine's sitting on and they will do almost anything to get them- while at the same time snatching up more profit from EU countries by forcing them to buy oil and gas from US corporations instead of Russia. THIS IS WHATS GOING ON.
Ukraine should really think hard about getting in bed with the US and spitting in Russia's face over this. The US will use you and drop you flat, it's what they do, it's what theyve always done, they even threaten their friends; highly developed first-world nations. Trust me I KNOW my govt, and as a hard Leftist I oppose them on just about everything they've done in my lifetime and pretty much most of what came before. Any country thinking they can count on the US for anything better listen up-
Here's a BIG hint-
My govt cares for NO ONE but itself. Seriously- absolutely no one. If that wasn't always true it is now. The CIA and the Pentagon have a literal world domination agenda, and it doesn't even respect it's friends/allies half the time so how well and how loyal does any lesser smaller state think the US will treat it, especially once it no longer has use for it??? Here's a hint- NOT WELL.
I'm not saying I agree that aggressive military maneuvers are the right move in this case, but having now educated myself on the full historically context of this situation both recent and past, I certainly understand where Putin is coming from and why he has responded in this manner. I do hope the active military operations cease asap in order to minimize loss of life and material damage. For Ukraine's part, if Zelensky had half a brain, he will reject all outside foreign influence most especially the US's and come to the table with Putin as Putin has been asking/begging him to do for years. The more Zelensky allows US multinational companies to rape his country out of natural resources and revenue, or promise to allow them to do so in the immediate future, regarding fossil fuels or any other resources; the more he allows the US to provoke unnecessary hostilities between him and the Kremlin; the more he's a tool, a puppet, and a FOOL.
