Just a tip for those that have trouble thinking their way to high productivity, it might be ADHD. There's no shame in it. Doesn't hurt to get checked out. If you think you might be helped by an adult ADHD med, there's no harm in seeing if one can work for you. Tho I'm doing better and better these days with all natural means, I'm not opposed to using pharmaceutical backup if I feel it necessary. We can't all just think our way to awesomeness. Sometimes there are intrinsic physical limitations that need remediation first. A person with broken legs cannot run. This video didn't address that. That's okay, I appreciated the recommendations but very typical of self-help videos like these. All cute ideas but no addressing of actual physical issues. Can't forget what's going on inside a person that can actually be physical that could make all the rest of these null and void until that's addressed FIRST. Kind of a big deal for those that weren't blessed with perfect brains to start with. It's not always easy for some people to "just do it" and it's childish to imply so. Still good ideas, no shade there, it's just that all the positive thinking in the world won't get somebody into a better functionality if they literally have an internal structural issue, and these feely good things vids don't ever address those and it's a minor annoyance for me.... but I'm over it.
