As always, thank you IFJ for giving the common person a way to fight back against those who feel entitled to commit abuses or criminality under the cover of a badge or office. I heard it reported that two federal Marshals walked up to, and in broad daylight fully and openly executed Michael Rihneal at point blank range; the protester from Portland who had killed a counter-protester in claimed self-defense in one of the many 2020-21 protests. No arrest, no questioning - just shot to death while he was sitting in his car eating candy. Wonder if those stone-cold killers are ever going to see their day in court??? Now why do I doubt that??? I'll tell you what- if I was in the Rihneal family I'd be doing everything in my power to bring those two to some kind of justice. I would never stop raising hell about it. That was a gangland-style execution and this isn't the wild west anymore - you don't get to just do that.. Badged thugs know that they can get away with everything in this country. Pretty much anybody who's in any slight position of authority here is probably on the narc or sociopath spectrum somewhere. It's not as if there's a system in place to hold them accountable anywhere. I don't mean to be overly dramatic but you all DO know we're run by a massive criminal cartel of sorts not really a govt?? Checks and balances? What's that? Rule of law? For us maybe not them. Accountability?? Huh? We don't do that here. Those who want control of this place aren't trying to answer to ANYONE. Until this changes, all kinds of crimes like this and many others are going to continue to happen easily. These types of thugs don't feel have to answer to anyone. They feel they're above it all.

I'm sorry to hear that Don. Perhaps they didn't have any room to take on extra cases at the time. I hope you don't give up. If you feel you were done wrongly by the authorities in your state, keep seeking redress. Without knowing more specific details about your case there's not much more I can say but unless you're past the statute of limitations, (and even then that's not necessarily a disqualification I've heard, sometimes there are exceptions given) you should continue to strive to get a fair resolution to your case. Perhaps another law firm can help you.

@doncordier6854 SOL can sometimes be gotten around. If you feel you were denied justice and you think it's worth pursuing, I would try again maybe there's a lawyer out there who will do something for you, idk. Without knowing more this is the best I can say but if it's still bothering you, I would keep trying. It never hurts to keep trying to find legal representation. There might be an agency or a lawyer who's willing to take your case and get it straightened out. I truly wish you the best. If you think this is important don't give up. Keep contacting anyone who you think might be able to help you pursue a claim.

You shouldn't support law enforcement at all, they're a gestapo. There's only ONE justified use of force in a civilized society and that's for defense and rescue. Anything beyond that should be seen as criminal and shouldn't be tolerated by anyone. Good list though I'm glad that at least somebody out here is thinking with their head and is sick and tired of living under violent lawless criminal gestapo Blue rule.

Traffic prowling should be seen as a class A felony and it should never be allowed again. It's vile, tyrannical evil and criminal in every sense. Other than that I completely second your list. That's the bare minimum we need and we don't have ANY of those.

We really have zero standards on policing in this country and then we wonder how we got into such a dumpster fire. Maybe if the people making laws weren't the least qualified and the most amoral possible. When you live in a kakistocracy this is what you get. Kakistocracy mean rule by the worst possible. What else do you expect when we live in a giant third world criminal enterprise where policy is nothing but one bribe away????

Policing in this country is nothing but terrorism, mostly unjust imprisonment, and grand theft you know that right? Either grand theft on the scene or grand theft with extra steps.
