I'm so tired of government criminals. They are psychopaths and monsters. What they want to do is outright grand theft. These are absolute criminals masquerading as public servants. I don't know when it will end, but it needs to. It's so hard to watch. Why do you think they keep targeting the little guy??!?? Because they know average people don't have money to afford a good lawyer and are more easily intimidated due to lack of knowledge and experience tangling with govt criminals.
Our entire government is run by psychopaths and malignant narcissists. It's very very sad. Also, just because Congress passes another one of its bullshit tyrannical "laws" doesn't make it morally right.
No I DON'T believe Congress deserves dictatorial and absolute power over the rest of us, I find that an outrageous and disturbing thought. Only laws that are passed by a public referendum have any moral footing.
I've never understood people that equate legality with morality. They have absolutely NOTHING to do with each other. Ideally they should, but in this country they definitely do not.
Civil asset forfeiture is just a cute way of saying armed robbery, just like the other guy said. Let's just call it what it is, mass grand THEFT. When you're a sociopath, these things don't bother you however. These feds no doubt have done this a thousand times over.
Even if the agents didn't pocket the money, what they did was entirely wrong and unnecessary on every level. Does that business really look like it's a front for a drug empire or an organized crime syndicate? I mean where's the sense in even choosing to target the business? It's a waste of time for them and it certainly unjust to the proprietors. At least go after another business that is likely to turn up some sort of underworld connection, since they claim that was their intent.
The government and those associated with it is really just biggest organized crime cartel. They want to be able to take what they want by force. They can dress it up with a cute word or a cute phrase or claim that it's legal (which is really just a weasel word), but that doesn't change the inherent criminality of what they're doing. Besides, it doesn't matter if it's "legal"- we didn't get the opportunity to vote on these laws. Nobody in their right mind would ever vote Yes to approve open armed theft or most of what else the feds engage in.
People that go into underground organizations are wasting their time, the real hard game is government. They claim to have a right to do what they do, right? Because Congress says they do? Oh come on of course Congress says yes, Congress doesn't represent us, it's a criminal cartel representing Big Banks, billionaires and the Police State, which includes the feds. Just because Congress is going to do what they're told by the big money interests who own them, certainly doesn't make it morally right to Grant's power to commit open and brazen crime to federal agents or anyone else in a law enforcement capacity. It's easy to get Congress to pass a law that grants things that are inherently morally wrong a patina of acceptability, all you have to do is be connected to the interests who pull their strings.
Those criminals AKA those agents were looking for an easy score and they found it by picking on a small business. I bet they've done this tens or hundreds of times before and it probably usually works out well for them because the little guy gets scared when they see agents even though they really shouldn't. The vast majority of time the agents are outright lying or exaggerating in order to try to get them to roll over and take whatever kinds of racket the agents are trying to perpetrate without a fight. To the uninitiated it can sound scary and intimidating when you get these gangster thugz coming in, flashing their badges and making it sound like you've done something wrong when you know you absolutely haven't. Everybody should stand their ground when they're attacked by feds because 99.999% of the time these filthy subhuman feds know that they're perpetrating an immoral act that most juries would absolutely condemn, "legal" or not. In short, they know that most of what they have on anyone if not all wouldn't stand up five minutes in court, that's why they try to intimidate business owners or individuals into giving in before they can realize that they're being played.
Even if you were running a so-called illicit business that's STILL not the government's right just to come and take what they want and / or destroy it. Considering they're operating from a massive conflict of interest which is the desire to profit from the seizure of such business, they should not be allowed to carry out such attacks. Unless the business was based on human trafficking, environmental destruction, animal abuse, or child abuse then any government should have NO say in its conduct or activities whatsoever.
The only reason Congress chooses to keep most things illegal, esp drugs, is so they can literally steal endless amounts of money and labor fruits from the American public. There's no difference between the mafia and other organized crime cartels and the federal apparatus. None at all.
They make their own rules, that's inherently amoral right there and then. Of course they're going to vote to give themselves the power to steal!!! Stealing the land of fruits of others is literally the only reason the federal government in this country exists!!! Just ask the Native Americans or ask pretty much the rest of the world.
No human being has the right to take the fruits of others hard work, nobody! The federal government doesn't have the right to demand you give them one red cent! (Hell, why do they need our money when they literally create their own?!! Right!?!? Let's not forget this part!) Neither does any criminal organization neither does any human being on the planet. They demand the right to take what's yours because they want to be rulers and overlords and I oppose that on every level and I say that's wrong. I don't care WHO you say you are, you DON'T have the right to take by force what is someone else's ! This means most mandatory taxation is theft. Anything that you take from someone by force is THEFT and it doesn't make it any less morally wrong if it's done by somebody who's in uniform or flashes a badge. I don't care about those! Those don't change a motherfuking thing. A wrong is still a wrong no matter who does it!
Bottom line, the evil criminals who call themselves feds want special privileges and they don't deserve it. They are the last kinds of people who would deserve that. Nobody deserves to be in a privileged class, nobody. Not that way, no way.
