  1. Rental housing should NOT be for business investment, ie private equity. Period. That needs to be BANNED. Numerical limits need to be placed on numbers of units any rental business can own, ie 100. Same for apartment complexes, say two maximum. HARD RENT CONTROL WITH RENT CAPS, ie no more than 20% above owner's mortgage payment, OR the following amounts; $400-550 for 1 bdrm, $450-600 for 2 bdrm, $600-725 for a 3 bdrm, $800 for 4 bdrm, $900-1500 for a house; whichever is more. No limits on luxury units but should have to meet a high bar to qualify as such. Other hard controls for distressed renter protections, eviction protections, low-income renter protections, elderly renter protections, etc. Hard regs on landlords and serious penalties for abusive landlords and criminal penalties for slumlords. ONLY hard Leftists, if elected, would do this. The red-blue uniparty filth who work only for Big Business and don't care if we live or die NEVER will. We need a hard Left political party that most people would vote for in the US yesterday. Unfortunately for all of us, this does not seem forthcoming, because most voters like voting for corporate parties and human filth who don't care if they live or die. Seems to be a psychological cult-learned behavior and until that changes we are all FUCKED.

  5. Ro Khanna is a fake and rich AF. I doubt he cares about his so-called bill. He's generously invested in real estate he claims to oppose. How interesting he puts his bill forward when he knows there's no chance of it passing. Total coincidence I'm sure. He's a POS neoliberal same as all the others. They're all owned, or too weak to go against the party line, ie Bernie and the squad. Even if they weren't, 1-6 people couldn't do anything without other votes which they wouldn't get because the big money OWNS capitol hill inside and out and that won't change anytime soon.
