  1. It sickens me that a human right and necessity (basic rental housing) is allowed to be used as an investment cash cow by Big Business. I'm not against landlords being able to make a reasonable profit off their rental units, or a business that owns and manages one or two apartments complexes, BUT THEY SHOULD NEVER UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES BE LEGAL TO USE AS A FOR-PROFIT INVESTMENT TOOL BY OUTSIDERS!!! This should be seen as a predatory and unacceptable business practice and thus illegal. WHY oh WHY can't we get people elected here who have a conscience and put the public good first for a change??? This is clearly impossible.
