  1. A note on our Native brothers and sisters. By 1870 the US govt has committed mass genocide to seize all native-occupied lands and confined them into reservations like animals as if they didn't deserve to exist. Disgustingly the US's crimes against Native people were just beginning. Residential schools and continued cruelties to most reservations over the next 100 years were thus begun. Not only do ALL tribes and tribal members collectively deserve BILLIONS in financial reparations for these deliberate savageries, they deserve ALL currently undeveloped seized lands return and each tribe recognized as an independent autonomous nation as they are and have always been. Native sovereignty over their own communities MUST be acknowledged and entered into law. Native persons have NEVER been Americans, they were the original indigenous inhabitants of this continent. They are NOT American citizens regardless of govt h_nkies who erroneously claim otherwise and have NEVER considered themselves as such. They are equal to FOREIGN citizens: INDIGENOUS people native to this land and deserve to be treated as such. No different than those residing in Canada or Mexico, they just happen to exist today within the current US borders. They deserve all open previously-seized land returned and NEW native borders which designate them as fully autonomous zones instituted, where the US govt has no right to interfere and no legal jurisdiction, just like we cannot cross the Canadian border and claim authority. These are the demands of the landback movement. Nothing less will be justice for the Native nations.
