Yep. Debt is big business. Extreme profiteering aka Big Capitalism means debt slavery. No debt means no profits for banks and student loan profiteers. Loan sharks, basically. Thanks for profiling this, MPU.

@Jenacide that's one solution, sure. But it's getting harder and harder to do. Even State schools and community colleges require loans if the FAFSA doesn't cover everything (and it usually doesn't), when they should be free or low cost based on income. Buying even a cheap home? Ok but average people don't have 200K in the bank. And exploding rents dont help. Can't save on an average income when 60% goes to rent. Rent should be legally limited to no more than 15% of take-home pay. I'm happy for those that got it made. I've never cared much about money and I'm not a jealous person of anyone. But we can all agree that debt penury is bogus. All publicly-funded higher education schools and academies should be free or LCBoI. Student loans have become a loan shark business and that is wrong.

As a a Gen X'er who grew up on MTV it pains me to see Kennedy go over to the dark side. I guess that Fox Nuze money was too sweet to ignore.

Yep, it's one big swampy cesspool of interrelated dirty money and overlapping interests (and sociopathy), which all boil down to the same thing- debt trapping and debt slavery. Ugh. That's what plutocracy is all about it.

This is why I'm allll the way to the Left. No one should be allowed to horde money to such extreme degrees as we see today. I support many limits on personal wealth and market controls, one of them being a hard limit on individual wealth of 100M. If you can't he happy with 100M to your name - then your problem goes way beyond money.

@@user-xw3wt7rc5l oh you mean like the rivers of billions in free money, just pure hand-outs, Wall Street gets for free from Congress every year?? You mean like how the entire political class is bought and paid for by the big boys and their lobbyists?? Why are you here? You clearly think an exploitative Wall Street economic dictatorship is fine, so why are you here??

@@user-xw3wt7rc5l I'm sorry you don't see universal access to higher education and training, plus healthcare, sufficient food, affordable transit, good infrastructure, safe water, and basic dignity shelter as human rights. Lol you're a tool. You can't think for yourself. Go be triggered then. Either your govt exists to provide a basic standard of living for everyone, or it's a tool of the 1% where you don't matter. I don't see how it can be both.
