Until corporate heads roll & people end up in prison this will never stop. Don't you see that these psychopaths know they'll NEVER have to answer to any law and they have Congress in their back pocket? Their goal is maximum profit by any means necessary and they don't care who dies in the process. They know they were putting out unsafe planes, they do not care. We live in a lawless large corporate hellscape dystopia. That's the US. Oh and they killed their whistleblower.
