  1. A little separate, but I wonder if their agency takes a cut of their pay and if so how much. Contracted workers can often get cheated.

  2.  @gigemtxaggies  right. I bet that's a big blind spot in labor law where where contracting services can legally get away with this. A maximum percentage needs to be set, say no more than 20%. So if a worker makes $10 an hour the company can only bill them as $12 an hour, etc.

  3.  @smileyslick1534  of course. But how much is this difference? I'm sure it varies but I'm also show some places take advantage. This margin should be as sufficient as necessary to allow for necessary operating costs, plus something reasonable for profit, but that's all. I would push for these limits to be enumerated in law.

  5. This is why UBI, a basic food allowance, and universal healthcare is so vital!!!!! People shouldn't starve or die or get sick or end up homeless bec because some rat fucker POS fires them and they lose a job. I hope at least they will get full UI benefits. They certainly deserve them.
