  3. This should be illegal, and all that money should be given to the victims and the communities now affected. And the CEOs should get measured for a new wardrobe - the kind they issue you in prison. New strict regulations passed and then flat out bringing the railway under national control. That's the only way to 100% prevent this from happening again.

  4. It's the same old, same old. Lie lie lie to the public, then do bogus lying misleading tests. Imagine if you will- living in a time of such irrationality and disregard for life that ruthless irresponsible corporations are allowed to conduct themselves like living bombs, doing what they will, leaving a trail of death and destruction behind them, and no authority finds it necessary to do anything about this- Indeed who could believe such a Twilight Zone could exist in our universe???

  5. I'll tell you why. Because for one, they're privately owned, but two, even at that the so-called regulations are laughable. They know they can get away with it. They know they own the politicians and therefore they essentially don't have to answer to anyone. Since the courts only enforce the corrupt and worthless laws that our corrupt and worthless politicians write, if you own the politicians you own the laws or more specifically, you own not having to answer to any laws.
