Corporate criminals will never be harmed in this country. NEVER. I sent 6 weeks in a county jail because I didn't have $250 bail for a driving violation. Now that's a local injustice, but it's what this system is set up to do to its poorest, which is kick them in the face repeatedly while stepping on their neck until they die. THAT'S what the legal system in the US is set up to do. This legal system is designed to be a form of entrenched slavery, opportunity destruction, and extortion for poor people, usually Black or brown, and has NO desire to target the corporate rich. State and federal prosecutors LOVE those people, they want to BE them. They take massive bribes from them or are partial to politicians who do. They could care LESS about corporate goons' many endless crimes against the public which include endless counts of intentional disregard and depraved indifference to human life, among others. I don't know how to fix this problem. The red-blue uniparty is bought and paid for by the rich corporate class and is only too happy to serve them, this includes keeping them beyond the reach of the courts, which they gladly do by appointing crooked or outright criminal federal court judges and prosecutors and the same for State AGs (see Billionaires and Ballot Bandits p. 125, top paragraph, for an example of this regarding voting suppression). THERE ARE NO ACCOUNTABILITY MEASURES FOR THE MASSIVE CRIMINAL CORPORATE CLASS IN THE US- the marriage between big corporate money and the political class is too tight. I HOPE in the future that can change, but as of right now I'm not sure exactly how.

Unfortunately the red-blue uniparty are equally guilty of being owned by Wall Street and being political criminals turning a blind eye to corporate criminals/savages. Both parties are owned 100%.

I mean damn it's been like this going back to the days of the industrialists. The only time it was a little better was in the '30s-'60s was FDR and some respectable gains were made but not nearly enough. Since then the big money has taken full charge of the political process again. Bro- it is a red-blue UNIPARTY. WAKE UP. Only a fully Left third party would represent us, the workers. The way to think about this country is that we live in a ruthless, and mostly unlimited psychopathic corporate aka Wall Street dictatorship, empowered and served loyally and without reservation by the red-blue uniparty duopoly. There is NO functional difference between them. They want a neutered, weak obedient and disempowered public, which unfortunately is what they have. We are. That's unfortunately just how it is. But we don't have to stay that way. If you don't like that, than stand up and say NO MORE! We will have to build a strong militant fighting Socialist third party people's movement if we want to stop the unmitigated Wall Street totalitarian dictatorship from continuing and destroying even more generations. Become a communist or a socialist, like me. Or stay potential food for the jackals. It's up to you.

Unfortunately, our legal system is corrupt and immoral to the core and only cares about entrapping, fleecing and beating down on poor people. Once in a blue moon, in a token prosecution they might go after a small fish in the big business pond like Elizabeth Holmes, but that's rare and only because she pissed off rich investors with connections. SO LONG AS WALL STREET CAN PAY OFF THE COURTS WITH INSULTINGLY LOW FEES (regardless of how high they sound to our ears), THEY WILL BE ABLE TO COMMIT FLAGRANT ENVIRONMENTAL CRIMES AND CRIMES OF DELIBERATE NEGLIGENCE WITH EASE. I hate to say it but there is no law for the corporate heads in America. Essentially there is no law.
