  3. Well I'm glad to know that I'm most likely not carrying pounds of excess feces in my colon like some of those natural products websites claim. No kidding I have been worried that I need to do some cleanses. I'm still going to cleanse cuz I think it can't hurt but I actually am kind of relieved now after watching this whole video to the end.
