Back in the day I was able to briefly visit a medium-sized city in France and I was at a train station where I ordered a basic side of bread & butter for a quick bite and I was amazed at how good it was. It's probably considered very average there lol. Oh and I forgot to say that I consider myself an expert bread conneisseur. No not really lol but I seriously love bread (probably too much) and I grew up eating some divinely delicious crusty bread products (even tho we were in the US, my family's mostly Italian and good bread was always in our house. Well good by my standards at least lol).

@cripsyoperator3301 nah that's fine. Other people can feel as they wish. But if you aren't into this person's content or particular views I don't know why you're on the channel.

@cripsyoperator3301 I'll grant that's a fair point. But if you come on someone's channel just to clown on them I guess it's fun but what are you really getting out of it? I guess there's a balance between being open-minded and being willing to consider perspectives that you disagree with, and just trolling someone. Besides, to me good bread is worth its weight in gold. As long as it's not the consistency of a sponge (at least a soft sponge), aka Wonderbread, regardless of where it was made, it has value in my book.

@cripsyoperator3301 that's fine you do you guy. I really haven't watched that much of his channel I just catch his videos occasionally here and there based on if they pop up in my feed or whatever. Yes my views are on the left.

Apparently people with gluten sensitivities have much better luck while in Europe then in the US due to the extra unnecessary crap that's allowed inside commercially-produced bread here.

I think it's cool that after this video I plan to eat a delicious piece of onion dill rye toast. For sliced bread it's pretty damn good.

That's how I feel about bread ha ha As in, I want it with everything.

I can't get enough of bakery-style bread, whether crusty or smooth. There are good sliced options here too (US) if you go for the better varieties with less processing. I've had some pretty good brands. Only kids and people who don't know any better choose Wonderbread. 😂
