  2. Disaster Capitalism, my friends. No self-respecting socio-/psychopath leaves home without it. These opportunities are frequently the most lucrative of all. Sociopathy definitely required tho- you have to be willing to cause mass human suffering, death, or hardship and/or enjoy exploiting the desperation of those affected by all three.
