  4. The thing is there is no special secret. Now we could switch over to a totally communist economy where nobody is allowed high profits but everyone has more than enough, not necessarily saying we should; but there's no secret special way to get to a six or seven figure income without any of the following: engaging in currently illegal activities, winning the lottery, being born rich, being lucky enough to make it in athletics or the entertainment industry, being a high paid lawyer or white collar professional, or being a business owner who is lucky enough to succeed long enough where his share of the business is in that range. That's it. There is NO other way. I've got nothing wrong with motivational meetings and seminars and large events like these, the positive energy can be quite infectious and energizing but at the end of the day people need to understand that 999 times out of 1000 they are being sold a bill of goods. That's all it is. If there was one secret special shortcut that wasn't drugs, literally wouldn't everyone be doing it? Now my solution goes further into public policy and my own political opinions, which is my desire to radically end all poverty by redistributing wealth downwards from the 1%, but that's obviously not going to happen by me wanting it and I doubt it's going to happen in my lifetime. When everyone has enough and at least part of the surplus is always made available to the public, then the pressure to strike it rich ( just so that they don't end up in poverty getting paid dogshit wages for hard work) tends to subside. So I'm definitely very socialist but we don't even have to go that far. We just have to have a little bit of horse sense and realize that these guys are just the new generation of entertainers and carnival barkers. These types have been around as long as time. They might be fun they might be entertaining but at the end of the day they're snake oil salesman. No one is going to trade their way into a seven-figure salary, I imagine it's hard enough for the actual so-called professional traders working on the actual Wall Street. No one is going to get rich selling Mary Kay or Brand X products out of Amway. You might have fun you might make a little pocket money but that is it! Pyramid schemes don't work unless you can find huge downlines of suckers and one, sometimes it's harder to find suckers than you think, and secondly, is that really what we want to focus all our time on? Why don't we just focus on getting training or going to school for something that fulfills us? Why don't we just focus on seeking out a career in a field that makes us happy? Granted many wages should be better but finding something to do for work in life that we want to do is a very necessary and worthy challenge. Even if we could be successful at trading, would that really bring us the fulfillment that we seek? I got caught up in the Amway craze of the early 2000s and while I had some fun because of the people I got to meet and the social aspect, I couldn't help wondering, " if this is so great what isn't everybody doing it" and then secondly, this isn't exactly a "career". Even if I was successful at it I thought to myself would I really feel fulfillment satisfaction from doing this full-time? And my answer was no, I didn't see how. And thirdly I realized that I didn't know enough people that I could convince to spend time as my downlines so after about a year and a half I walked away from it. I wasn't bitter but I could just see that it was never going to do anything that it's hypers said it would. It's like somebody saying you can sell enough magazines and end up a millionaire. The only people who can achieve significant income from selling products are those that are able to sell nationally in the many thousands or millions. The best pyramid scheme in the world isn't going to set you up that way. There's a snake oil salesman born every minute, hell even every second. I suppose it's human nature to always want to chase that pot of gold and to hope against hope there's a shortcut, but short of drugs, I don't see one.

  7. This is literally just Think and Grow Rich for a new generation. This is "the secret". It promises that we can make reality our fantasy - that if we just THINK hard enough we can "draw" what we want to us. It's incredibly seductive - and utter BULLSHIT! there is no way out but through! This is magic tricks, absolute smoke and mirrors. Nobody over the age of 30 should be falling for this. This guy is an entertainer, nothing more. It's all feel-good nonsense. It's kind pap. YOU CANNOT THINK YOUR WAY TO WEALTH! THAT'S ALL ABSOLUTE BOGUS CON-ARTIST NONSENSE! The only way to financial gain is either crime, or work - and sometimes not even then unfortunately. It's all style, no substance. Playing on the oldest of desires - profit and gain without work- what previous generations of evildoers used as the catalyst for creating slave societies, such as what founded this criminal country. I don't blame people for hoping for a special secret, esp those coming from poverty, but I'm very sorry to tell them, there literally IS NO secret. Sadly, due to how our economy is set up, the vast majority of us will never be wealthy and we'll be lucky not to die in poverty. I wish it were better and I very much want it be better, and have many opinions how, but this is how our reality is structured right now. It's better that we fully acknowledge this then pursue con artists and snake oil salesmen. These are just new silly pyramid schemes. There have always been skilled con artists in society, probably in some form or another going back to ancient times.
